About Course
Develop innovation-management internal audit skills through 12 modules and 36 text lessons with exercises and model feedback. Cover clauses 4–10, strategic direction, culture, uncertainty, portfolios, resources, collaboration, knowledge and intellectual property. Follow opportunities through concepts, validation, development, deployment and value evaluation. Practise audit planning, evidence, findings, reporting and follow-up. Includes a 40-question exam and marked practical assignment. Total workload: 14 hours excluding breaks.
