W3 SolutionzACADEMY

Learner terms

These terms apply to use of W3 Solutionz Academy and to individual course enrolments supplied by W3 Solutionz FZE, United Arab Emirates. Read them with the course description, order confirmation, privacy notice and refund and access policy. Contact Help & support if anything is unclear before enrolling.

Your account and responsibilities

Provide accurate registration information and use an email address you control. Your account is personal to you. Keep your password and verification codes private, use your own account for learning and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant agreement; where this is not the case, contact us before registration so an appropriate arrangement can be considered.

You are responsible for making sure you have the device, browser, internet connection and any stated prerequisite knowledge needed for the course. Contact us before purchase if an accessibility adjustment is essential to participation.

Choosing and purchasing a course

The course page describes the intended audience, learning outcomes, curriculum, available language, prerequisites, fee, access period and completion requirements. Review those details before payment. Prices and any applicable tax are shown through the purchase process. An account or a course placed in a cart is not a paid enrolment.

Payment must be confirmed before paid access is available. We may investigate incomplete, duplicate or suspicious transactions. If an error affects the description, availability or price of an order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate correction or remedy; we will not simply impose a higher charge without agreement.

Your access period

Access is for the period stated for the course or agreed in writing. It is not lifetime access unless expressly described that way. Complete the learning and allow time for assessed work within that period. If you need an extension, contact us before expiry; an extension is not automatic and any agreed conditions will be confirmed.

Access can be affected by an expired enrolment, an unpaid or cancelled order, an applicable refund, a team-allocation change or a substantiated security issue. Report unexpected restrictions so we can check the record.

Learning, assessments and honest work

Follow the course instructions and complete any required lessons, quizzes and assignments. Submit your own work, acknowledge sources and do not share protected assessment questions or answers. Use of external tools, including AI tools, must follow the instructions for the activity and must not misrepresent another person’s or a tool’s output as your own assessed competence.

We may request clarification, require a resubmission or review a result where the evidence is incomplete or there is a reasonable concern about misconduct. You can ask for an assessment review through support, identifying the task, feedback and grounds for your request.

Completion records and recognition

A W3 completion certificate is issued only where the course offers it and the recorded requirements have been met. It is a record of course completion, not an academic degree, an organisation’s ISO certification or an automatic professional designation. Any external recognition applies only where the relevant course explicitly identifies it and its conditions.

We may correct, replace or revoke a record where an error, confirmed misconduct or an applicable refund affects its validity. Use the verification service to check the current record and describe your achievement accurately.

Course materials and submitted work

Course materials are provided for your own learning under the enrolment. You may use permitted downloads for that purpose. Do not sell, redistribute, publicly upload, record or use the material to deliver another course without permission from the rights holder. Licensed standards and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ conditions.

You retain rights in work you create, subject to third-party rights. By submitting it, you permit the academy and its authorised assessors to store, review and use it as necessary to deliver assessment, feedback, quality review and related recordkeeping. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.

Acceptable use and service protection

Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, attempt to obtain another learner’s information or use the service for unlawful, abusive or misleading activity. We may restrict access proportionately to investigate a credible issue or protect the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and provide a route to respond.

Changes and service interruptions

We may correct errors and improve course presentation. Material changes affecting an existing paid enrolment should be communicated with an appropriate way to complete the agreed learning or receive a remedy. Maintenance, provider outages and network problems may temporarily interrupt access. Tell us about a persistent problem so we can investigate and consider access restoration, an extension or another appropriate remedy.

Team-sponsored learning

If your organisation arranges training, its separate agreement may set fees, seats, access dates and coordination responsibilities. You still use your own verified account and complete your own assessments. The organisation’s authorised coordinator may see the team information described in the privacy notice.

Professional use of learning

Educational material supports understanding; you remain responsible for checking current requirements and seeking suitable professional advice before making decisions with legal, safety, technical or business consequences. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, an audit outcome or eligibility for another programme.

Refunds, concerns and applicable rights

Refund requests follow the published refund and access policy and any more favourable mandatory right. Contact support first with the relevant course and order details so we can investigate. The applicable laws of the UAE and any mandatory consumer protections governing your transaction remain relevant. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or prevents you from using a competent complaint authority or court.

Updates apply prospectively unless another lawful basis or agreement allows otherwise. We will not use a later update to remove rights that applied when you purchased a course.
